Tally Board Counter is published by Endless Winning LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, how it is used, and how you can delete your account and data.

Data We Store

Tally Board Counter stores the tally information you create in the app, including boards, tallies, tally entries, goals, labels, timestamps, and related settings needed to show and sync your counts.

The app supports anonymous authentication and Sign in with Apple. Authentication creates an app user identifier so your data can be kept separate from other users' data and synced securely.

Tally Board Counter stores data locally on your device using Apple's local storage APIs. When sync is enabled and the app is configured with its production backend, boards, tallies, and entries are synced to Supabase under the app's dedicated Tally data tables.

How We Use Data

We use your data only to provide app functionality, including saving your counts, syncing across sessions or devices, restoring your boards, showing tally history and stats, and deleting your data when requested.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for third-party advertising. We do not use third-party tracking or ad networks.

Third-Party Services

Tally Board Counter uses Supabase for authentication and synced app data storage. Supabase processes app data only as needed to provide authentication, database, and sync functionality for Tally Board Counter.

The app may use Apple's Sign in with Apple for authentication. Apple handles the Apple Account sign-in flow according to Apple's own privacy practices.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and synced Tally Board Counter data in the app by opening Tally, opening Menu, opening Settings, choosing Delete Account, and confirming Delete Account.

This deletes synced Tally data associated with your app user identifier, clears local Tally data from the device, signs you out, and creates a fresh anonymous local session if you continue using the app.

Data Retention

Your local data stays on your device until you delete it, delete your account, or uninstall the app. Synced data is retained in the production backend until you delete your account or request deletion through support.

Children

Tally Board Counter is a general-purpose counting tool and is not directed to children. The app does not include ads, public social features, unrestricted web access, or user-to-user communication.

Changes

If Tally Board Counter's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the App Store privacy information will be updated where required.
